VILLA ORIOLE'S MAIN TERRACE - THE PERFECT PLACE TO RELAX

As owners, this is our favourite chill out space in the villa, the large, covered main terrace provides the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, al fresco lunch or evening meal at the colonial style dining table seating up to 8 guests whilst taking in the superb view over the pool, gardens and Laguna valley.

The first area you will encounter on your arrival, as you enter the villa through the main doors, greeted with a welcome drink and cold towel by our staff the view will take your breath away. The whole of Laguna across to Cherngtalay and beyond to the mountains beyond. During rainy season you can watch the monsoons roll dramatically towards you whilst you chat in comfort of the day's adventures. If you are lucky you will be treated to some of the most spectacular lighting storms on offer anywhere in the world. You are also likely to witness some amazing firework displays which will spread across the valley right in front of you whenever there is a Thai Holiday... of which there are very many!, absolutely FREE.

The balcony is decorated with Asian artefacts for you to admire whilst both the front entrance and exit to the pool area are protected in traditional manner by Singha (lion) guardians for your spiritual protection - whilst Rama & Sita (often referred to as the Asian Romeo & Juliet), the loving husband and wife of Hindu lore are postioned either side of the inner exit to shower you with love each time you leave for a day on the beach.

Whether you wish to soak up the views in shade, relax and read, dine sumptuously or party into the night, Oriole's main terrace is the place to be.
