Airport Transfers & Transportation

Our excellent driver will be waiting for you to take you in a private air conditioned minivan to the villa which is only a 20 minute drive from the airport. You can take advantage of the complimentary stop at a supermarket or 24 hour minimart so you can purchase any items you require. You can purchase a good selection of western items in Phuket especially at Villa Market in Cherngtalay which also has a small Boots the Chemist outlet. Whilst at the villa if you wish to visit any of the many attractions on Phuket we can arrange a minivan and driver to be on call for the whole of your stay or even just for a day. We can also arrange private car rental should you wish to drive yourselves through reputable companies who offer first class insurance and no catch terms. Motorbike rental is also on offer through Jenny though we do advise caution as Phuket's roads and driving standards are not ideal. Please ensure your holiday insurance covers you for driving and that you have valid international car and/or motorbike licences with you at all times on the road.

FREE starter set of toiletries
We do provide a starter set of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap) in each bathroom for you plus Bathroom and Pool Towels in fact, everything you would expect to find in a full service villa. Although we do ask our guests to be considerate of the environment and water restrictions in Phuket and not ask for towels to be washed after single use. Your bed linen will be changed every 3 days and we do provide a washing machine and tumble dryer for your use or your maid will do personal laundry for you at an agreed cost.

Fully Complimentary Breakfast for every day of your stay
Daily Breakfast is complimentary for all our guests booking directly with us. For guests who wish to cook their own meals the European kitchen comes with an electric oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, american fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, Krups coffee machine, juicer, blender, rice cooker, pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery and glasses, everything you require of a full service villa. Prepare your own meals or you can relax and choose your meals from our in house menus. The rate for the cook is from 1500 THB per meal plus the cost of ingredients.

We understand you need to stay connected to home whilst at the villa therefore Fibre Optic WIFI internet is available throughout, this is the best service in Phuket. The villa has flat screen TV’s with True Vision Satellite in four areas, a Smart TV for streaming your own devices and DVD’s are provided with a selection of Movies for you to choose from. There is also the pool table, darts board and bar games for further entertainment. For guests requiring healthier options we provide the running machine and weights or you can indulge in a game of tennis.
For our Younger Villa Oriole Guests
2 Cots, 2 Highchairs & Baby Tableware free of charge
We provide two travel cots with linen, two highchairs and baby tableware free of charge and for our younger guests under 12 years of age we carry two blow up mattresses and one fold up bed so they can share a bedroom with their parents in our full service villa. Childminding can be arranged if you wish to have a break or an evening out at one of the many excellent restaurants in the area.
Villa Security & Safety
Sleep soundly, play freely!
The Lakewood Estate has 24 hour security with two guards patrolling at night. All doors including bedroom doors, and windows have locks. We provide two safes and we advise locking away your valuables but we do ask that you leave the safes open on departure.
Phuket is a tropical island and therefore has a number of insects and reptiles so please be vigilant especially with younger children. We would also ask that children are always supervised when using the swimming pool. If you encounter any problems please either speak to Khun Fa or ring Khun Jenny. Emergency numbers can be found in the Welcome Book in the living room.
