We strongly advise that Travel Insurance is purchased for any stay in Thailand.
Yes, throughout the year we have a minimum stay of 2 nights.
During Peak Season (Christmas and New Year) there is a minimum 10 night stay.
During CNY the minimum stay is 5 nights.
We do ask for a Security Deposit of up to 20,000 THB which can be paid in cash on arrival in your own currency and this will be returned to you before departure once the villa has been checked. The amount of the deposit is based on the number of nights booked and amount of guests. You will be advised of the amount on enquiry.
No, You have the exclusive use of the whole villa, pool and garden.
Your rate will include:
1. One roundtrip airport transfer using an air conditioned minivan with complimentary stop at a supermarket/24hr minimart (Up to 1 hour only, the driver will charge 200 THB for every extra hour)
2. Welcome drink and refreshing towels on arrival
3. American, Asian or Continental breakfast from our Villa Menu.
4. Daily cleaning, linen and towel changes.
5. Welcome Package consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, soft drinks, bread, butter, fresh fruits.
6. Our Villa manager will be at the villa to check you in and she can book tours and excursions and provide you with all possible help during your stay.
7. Free Wi-Fi access is available everywhere at the villa.

To secure the villa for very early arrivals or very late departures you can book the villa for an extra half day.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, we do provide ashtrays in outside spaces where you are welcome to smoke.
– More than 90 days (12 weeks) before arrival date: all deposit is refundable.
– From 45 to 89 days (4 to 11 weeks): 20% of full price will be non-refundable.
– From 30 to 44 days: 50% of the full price becomes non refundable
– From 29 days and less: 100% of the full price becomes non refundable.

The villa is suitable for children.
Please note that children should always be supervised when using the pool.
The villa rate is for 13 guests plus free for children under the age of 2.
Additional guests can be added before arrival up to 13.
If you have been given a special discounted rate for a lesser number of guests then additional guests can be added up to 13 at extra cost.
If you wish to add additional guests after arrival this will be at the discretion of the Villa Manager and will be decided on a case by case basis.
The villa has two travel cots free of charge. Additional cots can be ordered at extra cost.
WIFI is available free of charge throughout the villa.
The villa has True Satellite TV in 4 locations and one Smart TV is in the Indigo Bedroom. DVD players are provided.
2 safes are provided. However we do not accept liability for personal items lost or stolen.
Basic adaptors are provided. The Electricity in Thailand is 220 volts at 50hz which is compatible with devices sold in many countries.

Pets are not allowed at the villa.
It is customary to tip staff on departure, if you wish to do so, please do so directly to them, but this is completely at your discretion.

There are a number of beach clubs in the area, Dream Beach Club, Xana Beach Club and the famous Catch Beach Club.
Patong is 21 km away and is a 30 to 45 minute drive depending on traffic.
Yes, the villa is suitable to hold a private party or wedding reception. Many couples get married in Phuket and we can provide the details of a excellent Wedding Planner.
There is a small minimart within a few minutes drive of the villa or you can go to Boat Avenue in Cherngtalay which has a large western supermarket, Villa Market. There is also a large Tesco Lotus and Makro in Talang, approximately a 15 minute drive.
Transportation is recommended, we can organise car rentals, taxis or minivan with driver if required. Khun Jenny can also arrange bikes.
We do not recommend drinking the tap water in Phuket. We provide bottled water with the complimentary Welcome Pack and there is a water cooler in the Utility room.
Major stores accept credit cards as do many smaller businesses. If cash is required then there are plenty of ATMs which accept foreign credit cards. We do recommend using either ATMs at banks or the 24 hr minimarts. AliPay is accepted in most shops including 7/11
Currency exchange booths can be found at the airport when you arrive. There are also booths in shopping areas or exchanges at the banks. There is very little difference on the rates.
