Villa Oriole Payment Options
Once we receive your booking enquiry we will respond as soon as possible.
Payment Options are bank transfer to our USD, GBP or Thai Bank Accounts, Paypal (5% paypal charge) or Cash.
When transferring to our Thai Bank account you can send in your own currency for conversion at the better rate given by the Thai bank.
A holding deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to reserve a property. The balance (residual amount) is to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.

Villa Oriole Booking Procedure
1. Once we have received your Booking Form we will reply confirming availability, rate and payment options. An Invoice will then be issued providing payment details and the villa will be held for you whilst payment is arranged and will not be available for booking by other clients for 48 hours. Failure to pay during this time will mean the villa will be released.
2. Once payment has been received your Booking Confirmation Receipt will be send to you.
3. Please provide us with your Flight Number for your airport transfer and if coming via Bangkok please also advise if you are on a connecting flight or will have cleared immigration in Bangkok.
4. Once this information has been received you will be provided with the relevant arrival details.
5. If you are staying elsewhere on Phuket your free transfer applies.
6. If arriving by your own transport you will be provided with the villa address and GPS co ordinates.
7. For last minute bookings we can accept payment on arrival in USD, GBP or Thai Baht.
8. If our villa is not available for your dates we do have further similar options on the estate and in other parts of the island.
